Wearing a denim jacket, a Canadian Mountie-style hat and a dress from Alice and Olivia, Katie appeared to be the dictionary definition of relaxed all while sitting on a bench and gazing out at the scenery.

Wow. All we can say is this: the former CBS Evening News anchor looks incredible, and the time away from home is doing wonders for her. And yes, we’d love to get a closeup on the shoes she’s wearing! Given how she’s been busy helming her own media company while interviewing some of the biggest names in Hollywood right now, it’s nice to see her taking a little break before jumping back into work.
