It’s a Full House reunion — well, kind of.
Fans of the 1990s sitcom were floored to see a recent TikTok of Candace Cameron Bure‘s daughter, Natasha, reunited with Olivia Jade, the daughter of Candace’s former Full House costar and friend Lori Loughlin. The clip, which features Natasha, 24, promoting her new song “Her, Instead” also includes Olivia, 23, dancing in the background.
It’s unlikely that this is Natasha and Olivia’s first time hanging out since Lori and her husband Mossimo Giannulli were charged in the 2019 college admissions scandal. But seeing them both together is still pretty rare, which likely explains why their followers had such a strong reaction to Natasha’s new post.
“Wait is that Aunt Becky’s daughter in the background? I have to know 😂,” one person commented. “Oh my lanta my favorite duo is back in town!!!” a different person wrote. “I feel like I’m watching DJ Tanner and Aunt Becky in another reality” another noted. Meanwhile, someone else said, “I love how you ladies are friends 🥰.”
Of course, the two grew up together, thanks in part to their moms’ close working relationship. Last year when Olivia was a contestant on Dancing with the Stars, Natasha didn’t shy away from showing some love for her friend. She told US Weekly, “I love her and I’m so proud of her, like, she’s killing it.”
Natasha also spoke to the outlet about how proud she was of Olivia’s decision to do the show after her mom and dad both pleaded guilty in May 2020 to fraud as a result of the college admissions scandal, which resulted in Lori and Mossimo serving prison sentences.
“I think that it’s always nice to just show a different side of you … for people to really get to know you want it on a deeper level. I feel like, especially when you’re judged on, like, such a big platform and people only know you maybe from social media, what they read online, like, it can just be a toxic thing for your mental health, just being judged so much,” Natasha explained. “I’m really glad that she’s able to express herself on the show and just be open and show a different side of [herself], which is what she’s talked about. I’m super happy for her and I love her and we’ll always support her.”
