Although Rachel Brosnahan is more often recognized for the brightly-colored, eye-catching outfits she wears on The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, her recent red carpet look might be her best one yet.
On November 7, the 32-year-old actress turned heads in a skin-showing dress while attending the 2022 CFDA Fashion Awards. She wore a strapless black leather mini dress over sheer black tights. She accessorized the ensemble with printed burgundy booties and chunky gold jewelry.
When it came to her hair, the Patriots Day star pulled it back into a loose high bun with her bangs framing her face. Rachel finished off the look with frosty blue eyeshadow, heavy black eyeliner and a nude lip for her makeup.
When Rachel’s stylist Alexandra Mandelkorn posted a few photos of the actress’s outfit on Instagram, Mrs. Maisel fans couldn’t stop freaking out in the comments section.
“OMG🔥🔥🔥 STOP,” one person wrote. “Rachel is so gorgeous❤️🔥!!!” another added. “Talented AND beautiful,” a different follower said.
What’s more, this wasn’t the only photo folks have been talking about. On November 5, when Rachel announced that filming of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel season 5 had officially wrapped, she caused a stir with her emotional message.
“This thing was lightning in a bottle. A cast, a crew and creators who got to time travel for 5 years together. It changed my life,” she wrote on Instagram. “I’m eternally grateful. I’ll have more words later, but for now…Thank you and goodnight.”
Of course, fans don’t have to say goodbye to the show just yet. Filming for season 5 may be done but no premiere date has yet been announced. All we know is that until we watch that season 5 finale, we’re just going to focus on Rachel’s stunning red carpet outfits.
