Marie Kondo, author of “The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up” and star of Netflix show “Tidying Up With Marie Kondo,” stopped by to show us *exactly* how to fold fitted sheet using her KonMari folding method.
**STEPS**
0:28 Lay the fitted sheet on a completely flat surface, with the elastic band facing up and inwards.
0:38 Fold the sheet in thirds lengthwise by bringing one long side in across the center, smoothing out any wrinkles.
0:45 Fold the other long side in across the center in the same way to create a long, narrow rectangle.
0:52 Fold in half widthwise.
1:00 Roll the fitted sheet up from one short side to another until it forms into a compact cylinder shape.

Um… doesn't the other end get wrinkled? The 30-second fold instructions were better.

No ma'am! NO MA'AM! I'm not sushi rolling my sheets….don't waste your time guys….go to another video
You should check out Martha Stewart's method of tucking opposite corners into each other first and combine the 2 methods! Works perfectly. 🤗

How not to fold a fitted sheet, and just give up and rolling it up
This is so much easier than the corner tucking method. Like seriously, at least I can see what she's doing. In the dozens of folding videos I've watched, those women all lose me right at tucking the very first corner. Like what part of the fabric are they even grabbing?!! Are they making tutorials or just bragging?
I love Marie…but I’m sticking to the Martha way and tucking the corners into on another and then folding.
