NCIS: Los Angeles star Daniela Ruah‘s latest Instagram proves that her character Special Agent Kensi Blye isn’t the only one with some serious skills.
The 38-year-old actress had her social media followers in awe when she posted a photo of herself doing a headstand on a paddle board. In the picture shared earlier this summer, on July 10, the Boston native was out in the water dressed in a black t-shirt, blue shorts and water shoes. With her 8-year-old son River at the front of the board rowing, Daniela did a handstand featuring a bent leg.
“So far so good,” she captioned the Instagram photo.
Unsurprisingly, NCIS: Los Angeles fans were impressed with the CBS star’s skills and cheered her on in the comment section. “Wow you go girl ❤️🙌,” one person wrote. “I have trouble standing on my feet 😮,” another jokingly added. “Okay, now you are just showing off,” someone else quipped.
As it turns out, Daniela snapped the shot while on vacation in Idaho, the perfect getaway before NCIS: Los Angeles filming picked back up in late August. The season 14 premiere debuted back on October 9, which means the leading lady probably won’t get to enjoy downtime for a while as her and brother-in-law Eric Christian Olsen, LL Cool J and Chris O’Donnell finish filming the latest installment of the drama.
What’s more, she also stepped behind the camera and fans were thrilled to hear the news.
“My favorite director is back in the chair! Go get ’em girl!! 🎬💥,” wrote one fan. “Whoop! Can’t wait to see this one. Always enjoy the ones you direct. I’m sure there will be plenty more to come. Can’t wait for season 14 too 👏,” said another. “Congratulations Dani, you can do it all. 🎉🎉❤️❤️,” a different individual commented.
And after witnessing Daniela showing off her impressive yoga skills, it truly seems like she can.
