Kelly Clarkson fans may be continuously enthralled with her choice in daytime TV outfits, but she also loves to turn up the allure every once in a while.
In May 2021, the returning The Voice coach had folks buzzing with the outfit she wore to the season 21 finale of the NBC series. Wearing a silk bright red dress, Kelly used gold necklaces to accentuate the floor-length gown’s plunging neckline. The American Idol alum’s dress also featured long sleeves which gave the outfit subtle volume.
To tie the entire look together, The Kelly Clarkson Show host wore her signature dirty blonde hair in long beach waves. For makeup, she swiped on her go-to black eyeliner and a matching fiery red lipstick.
When the “Since U Been Gone” singer later posted highlights from the night to her social media accounts, fans couldn’t believe how stunning she looked. What’s more, many took to the comments section with compliments.
“Red is your color ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️,” one person wrote on Instagram. “Wow @kellyclarkson 💎🔥🌹 Gorgeous as always, truly,” another follower replied. “Wrapped in red 😍!” a different user added, referencing her 2013 holiday album of the same name.
When it comes to Kelly, she’s not afraid to take risks with her clothing on the competition show. Plus, fans can rejoice, because she is returning to The Voice in 2023 after stepping away for season 22.
As The Voice announced on Instagram on October 11, she will join veteran star Blake Shelton as he closes out his final season as a coach. They’re not the only ones sitting in the red chairs, though. Niall Horan and Chance the Rapper will round out the group of coaches, with their first episode of season 23 airing this upcoming March.
Until then, guess we’ll just have to sit tight to see whatever fashion statement the TV personality pulls off next.
