Pretty poor video for a publication
I bought the Hestan nanobond 8.5 inch just as a test run before I commit to the larger 12 inch which is considerably more expensive, but what people dont understand is they're more efficient at heat distribution and heat fast too, but not only that but are very nonstick for being a stainless albeit nanobonded with titanium…performance isn't cheap, you get what you pay for.
So many angry people in the comments 😳
How about a $60.00 frying pan?
$395 is cheap to you?
There is no substitute for cast iron skillets.
r/steaks and r/castiron would be very disappointed ☹️
Both are ridiculously overpriced

They look trendy? Fire the valley girl.
Both pans are overpriced and overrated. I've been a professional chef for 30 years and I know better.
We Tested Two high $ Stainless Steel Pans on a pretend pro hob. My $7000 range does not care which pan you throw at it.
My favorite 10' SS pan costed me $50.00 and that was 20 years ago and STILL my fav. pan $395.00…You got ripped off!
I use Viking 5 ply cookware (from the Defunct Viking Appliance Corp) Made by Demeyere. Awesome cookware. (Also use Cast Iron 🙂
Well made stuff is soooo worth it. "Buy Once, cry once!" Cheers
She is testing these skillets on a gas cook top. I live in an area where most homes have electric stoves and cooktops. I have yet to find a skillet that will cook well on an electric glass cooktop. Even the more expensive ones will warp.. My old stainless steel skillet or cast iron skillets actually work better, but they are heavy and hard to clean.
No self respecting good cook buys for trend or looks. It’s function over form. I expect better from GHK.
I really don't trust anything non-stick, even if they claim to be "toxin free". Just use stainless steel and cast iron.
Food was amazing. Unfortunately for me i cant even to afford to buy a lid. But someday the cookwear fairly will give me good ones. Best pain i have now is an old wrought iron my dad gave my mom for their wedding. Its around 60 years old. Cooks great. Clean up not always easy
