Yes, a bigger kitchen would indeed help. I have employed some major organizing skills in our small kitchen- mainly weeding out the unnecessaries and organizing what is left as well as I could. I actually employed many similar tactics as I see in this video, even repurposing two swiffer wet mop containers to organize our "junk" drawer.

All these organisers seem to put potatoes and onions next to each other — not good chemistry and shortens the life of both.
