Fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Phase 5 has officially begun. Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania just debuted in theaters, leaving folks curious about where Scott Lang (Paul Rudd)’s life has taken him years after the events of his last movie Avengers: Endgame. Luckily, he’s got his girlfriend (Evangeline Lilly) and daughter (Kathryn Newton) back after the Blip, with the latter looking into her adopted grandfather Hank Pym (Michael Douglas)’s work into the newly-discovered Quantum realm. But not everything is perfect, as a threat almost as big as Thanos looms to take over the world … and other timelines found within it.

During the movie, the Avenger finds himself in the way of Kang the Conqueror (Jonathan Majors), who got caught within the Quantum realm and now wants to find a way out of it. The only way he can do so is by stealing Pym particles and gaining control of all the timelines he and his variants are currently adapting within. With this in mind, Scott and his family must band together to not only stop Kang from ruining their realities but also ones that they don’t even know exist yet.

Yes, we know it’s intriguing and you’re probably already Googling ways to see the movie without getting off your couch. While it will be a while before that happens, we happen to have a few answers in the meantime. So, here’s where to watch and stream Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania online:

Where to watch and stream Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania:

Presently, the only way you can see Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is by heading to the local movie theater. But like most films these days, it won’t be long before it lands on a streaming platform.

The movie is famous for being part of the Marvel franchise, which was bought by Disney for $4 billion back in 2009. The sale continually proves to work for both conglomerates, due to the fact that some of last year’s top films (like Thor: Love and Thunder and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever) were part of the MCU. Add in the fact that the previous Ant-Man movies all live on Disney+, we can confidently say that Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania will most likely end up there as well.

Disney+

As far as when fans can start watching the movie from home, that’s not as clear. If we look at how long it took for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (a.k.a. the last MCU film) to land on the platform, it was about three months between its box office debut and becoming available to stream. Given that Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania debuted on February 17, it’s likely the movie will come to Disney+ sometime in mid-to-late May 2023.

Once Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is available to watch from home, you’ll want to make sure you have an active account ready on Disney+. For those who don’t have access, the streamer offers a 30-day free trial before you can opt into plans which start at $7.99 per month or $79.99 per year. Once that’s set up, just click on the title page on either the Disney+ official website or the Disney+ app.

While you’re busy waiting, why don’t you have a movie marathon and enjoy Ant-Man and Ant-Man and the Wasp? That way you’ll be all caught up when the third film makes its way to Disney+. Happy watching!
